On July 3, 2003 the new non-traditional guidebook of Latvia "Countryside Bounty" was presented to the public. The guidebook is the second publication within the series "Green Holidays" and it includes information about 83 interesting countryside sites, where the people do traditional arts and crafts, grow and breed different plants and animals, cook delicious traditional meals or have original collections.

<IMG style="WIDTH: 300px; HEIGHT: 198px" height=196 hspace=10 src="/images/phot/LLL_Prezentacija.jpg" width=300 align=left border=0>The presentation of the new guidebook was opened by the Minister of Environment of Republic of Latvia, who notified, that the "Green Certificate" project was one of the most successful in the region. Asnāte Ziemele informed the public about current issues within the "Green Certificate" project and the co-author of the guidebook Juris Smaļinskis told about the preparation process of the new brochure. Speeches were held also by some of the owners of the sites described in the new guidebook.

70 people participated in the event: journalists from the biggest Latvian newspapers and radio stations, representatives of the Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Economics, owners of the objects, described in the guidebook, tourist information centres and "Green Certificate" project staff.
